Talk to Rheumatologist on Multiple Disorders (Rheumatologist Attention)

Why do I have multiple conditions and I can't even differ it they are linked with each other or not?
Eyes Problem (Pain in upper corner and around eyebrows feels like brain is locked. in starting eyes were reddish but now looks dry) this is chronic condition, 6 years old.
Ear ring sound: I randomly hear tone in my ears and a little beating sound. they pain sometimes
Chronic Joint Pain: Instability in joint, feel tiredness and toughness while walking. pain while bending knees. the pain evolved from knees to neck and shoulders elbow and wrist, ankle and backbone. I feel something is running faster in my veins and it vibrates. this condition is 10 years old.
Stomach Condition: pain in both sides of stomach and around groin area of both sides. (this is six month old condition before this I had gastric problem)
History: HTN (perfectly managed with med it remains between 120/70
HBV+HDV: HDV viral load is Zero, HBV was 3690 now on medicines. no liver problem in reports and scan

secondly ,how is ur sleep pattern,any depressy etc,or specific diet related problem

Sleep pattern is good. 11 pm to 7 am.. :) but I used to take xanax as sleep disorder occurred first time when My BP raised 7 years ago. then my doctor prescribed xanax which I left after 4 years though it was very addictive. but after that sleeping is really good.

achank koi garhi guzrti hai to mai dar jata hun.. aur oochai sy achanak utrty hue b dar lagta hai.. kabhi kabhi soty hue b aisa mahsoos hota hai.. jesy koi khof ho.. seeny mai achanak thandak mehsoos hoti hai aur deep breath leta hun.. lekin yeh tab hota hai jab mai usky baary mai sochta hun. bekhudi mai to sab kuch normal guzr jata hai

start taking tab seroft 50 mg at night
and tab Alp 0.25mg at night for two weeks

But sir I had been on Prothiaden and xanax they made me very dull and didn't help to manage joint pain. However they helped to relieve some pain like eyes pain and stomach pain but didn't cure me either. this is why I quit Anti-depressant medication
