Talk to Rheumatologist on Opinion Needed From A Rheumatologist

I am suffering from joint pains and stiffness since last yr. It started with pain in finger joints. was prescribed some test which showed an elevated Anti SM RNP (33.. Normal is less than 6). i was prescribed HCQ 200. unfortunately I discont HCQ after usage of 2 months bcz I had gotten positive and then just forgot to resume after recovery.

The pain and stiffness is back, this time its finger joints of both hands, both wrists, both toe fingers, and both ankles. the pain and stiffness seems to get worsen in the heat and humid weather of Gujranwala.

Wakinf up in the morning is the toughest part of the entire day.

I would appreciate if some Rheumatologist can guide me, on what tests, precautions to follow and what would be the further course of treatment.
