Hello. I am doubtful about your Uric acid level because females in your age group who have normal menstrual cycles typically never get gout (caused by raised uric acid). This is because Estrogen has a protective effect so I very much doubt that you require any uric acid lowering therapy (unless you have kidney problems, certain rare genetic disorders or taking some medication which may cause raises uric acid level. I suggest stopping the uric acid lowering tablets and have your Uric acid level checked properly from a good lab to get a more accurate picture. also get you Calcium, Alkaline phosphatase, Vit D, ESR and CRP checked after which you should consult a qualified Rheumatologist either in person or via Marham online platform. Continue simple painkillers until then.
Hope you feel better soon. With best wishes.
