AssalaamuAlaikum. Mid Ramadhan I started to feel pain or discomfort on my hands, it's like pain on my hand joints and i feel like stiffness too. I thought that maybe during ramadhan, i did somehow overwork my hands with all the chores in the kitchen. Is this something to worry about? Can this be cured? Sometimes my wrists joints hurt too. What tests should I do? JazakAllah khair.

please get your Vit D, Calcium and RA Factor checked. it can be due to the deficiency of cal or vitamin D or can be arthritis too.

I forgot to mention that 2 years ago, out of curiosity I had my vitamin D level checked. I didn't feel any signs or symptoms, no joint pain ot whatsoever that time. Then the result was 6 ng/ml, which way way low. Then a doctor advised me to take vit D3 50,000iu once a week for like 2 months. I did that for like a month, then i checked again my vit. D level, it went up to 26 ng/ml. Then after that have not checked again. Im thinking if my joint pain now is maybe because my vitamin D level is low?
