Talk to Rheumatologist on Pain In Knees
Asking for Self, Female, 47 years old, skardu
Pain in Knees since 2 years, I am taking tablets in which these ingredients are included (calcium citrate vitamin d3 zinc & magnesium) which give me temporary relief from pain but now the exact tablet is not found which I was taking, I need a replacement tablet for now and any permanent solution for this pain please guide me thank you

First of all , you need to know the cause of pain. Why are you having knee pain.? It can be due to osteoarthritis due to your age. I suggest going for X-Ray, to better analyse the cause. As these medicines are temporary solution. You can also consult any physiotherapist and they can guide you exercises for knee pain.
