Pain In Shoulder And Knee

Dear doctors I feel pain in my shoulder for 4 months , I think it start due to the carrying a heavy weight bag on my right shoulder please give some better solution for it. secondly I have a left knee issue , I feel gape between joints due to this I can't give pressure on it , when I give pressure on it I feel pain and very difficulty to stand up some time from washroom. please give me some suggestions about my problem.
