sciatica is uncommon at young age until there is history of trauma or injury. Make an appointment for detailed examination and further management

I had a fall from stairs. in the first few months I had lower back pain but after that it started to go down the leg and till today its increasing slowly. can anyone tell me what else could be done for permanent relief except pain killers / muscle relaxants / useless therapies?

it can be pyriformis syndrome as sciatic nerve can be impinged either at its roots level or can be compressed at pyriformis muscle level. you really need an examination to differentiate between the two.
and physiotherapy will help you out more in this regard.
thanks

Without Proper history & examination it’s very difficult to comment. There are lot of causes of pseudosciatica ..like piriformis syndrome as said by Dr Syed ali rukh. Need proper consultation
