Severe Legs Cramps

Question

My mother have a severe legs pain, raat mei dard bohat zyda barh jata hai k teesein uthti hain, legs sy awazein bhi ati hain jb chalti hain. Ankle mei pain bht zyda hai. Rat mein kbhi kbhi varicose vein problem hojati hai, jiski waja sy dard brdasht krna mushkl hojata hai, after 30 to 40 mints hilany k bad varicose vein sahi hojati hai.
Kuch test krwaye hain, pls reports ko dekh kr btadein k sb sahi hai ya nhi, or kia krna chaiye ammi ko or kis doctor ko dikhaya jaye .

ap ki mother ka vitamin D level km he. aur us ki waja se calcium b km hogi.
un ko general physician ko check krwaye ta k un ko vitamin D ka course den calcium k sath.

I think based on your mom problem she needs a complete check. As her vit d is not bad, but why is she anemic as at her age there can be so many reasons.
