Hi ,There I am unmarried,25 years of age.my penis size is very small its almost 3.7 " (erected),its same when i am 18 years of age,i have a history of masturbation but from last 3 years its lessen like once after 2 to 3 month.previously i have issue of stress + overthinking that are resolved now .my major issue is penis size and premature ejaculation is this curable ?please suggest then i will visit relevant clinic.

Penis size seems to be okay, may be related to your height and build. Pre mature ejaculation is not an issue before marriage. Psychological issues should be addressed by some expert.
