My daughter age 14 student 9th class has stopped speaking suddenly for last 5 months. She goes to school n give brief answers to her teachers. At home or elsewhere she remains quite all the time. we are very worried. Please guide us what to do???? A desperate mom.

as you have said that she stopped talking suddenly it indicates something has happened which would have incited this behaviour in her. You need to first see a psychologist to rule out if something has triggered this behaviour in her.
