its all ur benefits to cut down her screen time nd feeder/pacifier. she is playing with ur emotions. make it a reinforcer first. u can finish food than i will give u mobile/tablet. if she not agree with ur statement. be firm to not give any screen while feeding

She is speaking many words even if only on prompting. secondly, pointing is a good sign. if she's generally social, responsive and expressive, do not worry and give some time as another doctor advised here as well. Some children start speaking sentences later than others however 20 months is within the time range. Involve her in story telling activities, read her bedtime stories, talk to her about your day and sit with her when she's watching TV, question her about what's happening in the show and to explain you as mommy cannot understand. If there's any parks in your area, take her there for socialization building. it's too soon to call this problematic, wait till she's 2.5 years old.
