My son is 2.5 years old and he didn't start talking yet. He even don't say mama papa. Only 2 words he say 'bye and cat' and it depends on his mood. Kindly suggest a best Doctor in Lahore.

Aoa,By age 2 most children understand more than 300 words. Your child may have a language delay if they don't meet the language developmental milestones for their age. Their language abilities may be developing at a slower rate than most children's. They may have trouble expressing themselves or understanding others.if your child does have a delay, they might need speech therapy.
