my brother is 6.5 years old .he i unable to speech like a normal child of his age.his social interaction is low.he does not know how to answer .he is going to school but his social interaction is just nothing.he just gave answers to his teacher.his academic record is brilliant .his teacher is very happy with him .in short the main problem is speech delay .what should I do??
