You need to go for proper speech assessment from a speech therapist so he/she can evaluate the current level of speech and thn can guide you.
Have you done any assessment before? It’s high time to consult speech language pathologist/therapist as he’s already 4-years. Plz don’t waste his more time and start taking speech therapy either online or nearby in clinic. Thanks
