you are articulation deficit.means totla pan.it can be due Dentition problem.mild/moderate level hearing impairment or any oral motor dysfunction.you need phonological assesment test then articulation therapy/sounds correction.must vizit speechtherapist of your town.although u r late but still should not hopeless.
