Asking For Self, Male 26, Lahore
I have a problem in speaking ( stammering,). This problem is not congenital. It happened later. It has been treated a lot both spiritually and medically. But sometimes it gets better and sometimes it becomes very difficult to speak a word. Today I was looking for a job and many times I was rejected because of this, now this problem is riding on my mind become the cause of depression. When talking to someone who knows me and if it is done slowly, the conversation is quite good, but talking to someone unknown or new person and in a pressured place would be quite difficult. now I am 26.
you need to cnsult with speech therapist as no medicine is available to treat stuttering .
speech therapy is only solution
Slow down. One of the more effective ways to stop a stutter is to try to speak more slowly.
Practice. Reach out to a close friend or family member to see if they can sit with you and talk.
Practice mindfulness. Record yourself. Look into new treatments. Contact for more details. Book video consultation for live treatment. Thanks
