if your voice get stuck only when u wake up u need to work on your vocal hygiene and change some living pattern u dont need voice therapy yet but if u want to go for a check up personally that would be preferable.

It’s called voice disorder. You need voice rest first. Avoid oily foods. Use Luke warm water for few days. Rest speech therapy also helps in this regard.
