Talk to Spine Specialist on Spine Pain

I had a sciatica so my neurosurgeon recommend me surgery after surgery I have a severe pain in my spine and hips even I can't walk I go back to my surgeon sir said I have a spine TB that's why u have a pain so he prefers me TB medicine myrine p Forte I used it 2 month so my esr down from 105 to 40 after 2 month of medicine usage he said this medicine will be changed u should eat myrine p now and this medicine didn't available in market so I go to government TB centre and get medicine from there he give me isoniazid 75 mg I used this medicine 26 days after usage of this medicine my pain come again I checked my esr it's high again my question is that myrine p is not available so which medicine I can used even I used for now myrine p forte and my pain still have not gone like before please guide me jazak Allah
