Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding Without Period Timings

My cousin had periods on 20 March which got over by 25-26 of march then she had unprotected sex on 27 march then at night she took ecp after 2 days of sex and taking pill she started having bleeding blood clots coming out from Virginia also she is having pain in center of belly, feeling heavy head & heart now i need guidance why she is in this condition blood clots color is like dark brown she is too much scared she even can't get out of her home because of some reasons
