Talk to Ent Specialist on Hearing Loss From One Side

i am unable to hear from my right side ear for last ten years i dont know why but there is no such incident that was happened to me but doc said there is no medication for this issue because the issue is inside the ear but i am finding the doc who can help me
I have attached my PTA test report
There are no such Symptoms only problem is in hearing from right side ear
I don't remember exactly how it started but there was no incident related to affecting my ear but I had a fall when I was a child which caused a head injury but It also has nothing to do with the ear

Aoa,unilateral or one sided hearing loss can exist for one reason or another,some people may even have it since birth,others may develop it later in life .what is important is how to compensate it....how to correct it ,by meds if possible or by using an hearing aid to fix it,,,,,

it's more like otosclerosis on the affected sides.....a dip at 2k..in hearing...
