Talk to General / Diabetic on Want To Know About CBC Report
Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Lahore
I have recently got my CBC report and in the screenshot you can see 1 year ago in june 2023 I was having eosinophils high and after one it is still high. On the other side MPV is also high in recent result and HB is slightly low. Let me know about your thoughts. In the screenshot you can see results of Feb 2023, June 2023 and now May 2024. I just done my CBC randomly not on purpose.

.it must be co-relate with signs and symptoms u may experience if any duringone one year on and off ...Overall pctr of cbc not much concernig...it may b reapeated aftr one and month wth keep on eyes ur symotoms feelings if any to discus wth ur doctr....

need a detailed history and examination, before getting to a final diagnosis.
u may have worm infestation
take tab vermox 100mg twice a day for 3 days repeat cbc after 2 weeks then let me know

High eosinophils shows you have some allergy tendency .. there are many causes of high MPV like infection, bone marrow disorders , iron deficiency anaemia etc .. as you said your report shows low Hb .. so treat your anaemia first

you might have some allergic reaction, parasitic infection.... most probably some food allergy .Avoid egg,dry fruits,fish,Take folic acid in BD for seven to 10 days ...You will be fine inshaAllah
