Cut On Feet ... Between Fingers, White Cut And Cut Like A Wound

my mother is having two cuts..one is between two fingers and other one is on lower side of finger...And a lil bit swollen feets...Sugar is normal 150-160...taking diampa 5+10mg and diamecron 30 mg daily...
