Talk to Nephrologist on Right Flank Pulsations

AOA all drs specially urologist and nephrologists, he has been a patient of kidney stones on and off for almost 10 years, now his right flank has pulsations which can be felt over the skin by palpation since ramazan, the pulsations aggravate after lying down and on standing and walking don't bother much. someone plz explain what it's and what could be the reason behind this, is it because of stones or urinary tract infection or something serious? Thanks
Aoa is there bruit audible or not. what about blood pressure controlled. send me ultrasound report. it may be pulsating mass in abdomen or case of renal artery stenosis
