Talk to Internal Medicine on Severe Cough And Mucus + Sore Throat And Headache

I've a severe cough with mucus since more than 1 month I checked ent and the medicine specially antibiotics leave side effects on my stomach and I was suffering with severe stomach pain then I will go for stomach specialist and after 1 month of medication the stomach issue resolved after that I used cough syrup acefyle, bronochole, sharbat toot siyah+malathi and now using siroline cough syrup along with azomax 250 mg capsule and all these syrup and medicine I used with the Dr recommendation but the issue is same .... The severity is not less and I'm.sick of coughing now what should I do? Although I'm not using cold drinks or any other cool drink or eating kindly tell me what should I do
