Aapko daron ko nikalwana pare ga, aur antibiotic ka course kerna pare ga, tabhi yeh problem theek hoga. infection jab theek hojaye ga tabhi giltian bhi khatam hon ge. Aur agar aap ne time se treatment nahin kerwaya tau infection control kerna mushkil hojaye ga. Baqi danton ko bhi check kerwaen aur safai ka khayal rakhen. Time se brushing karen.

Get an OPG x ray done, share it on this platform or visit me. There must be infection associated with teeth either in periapical region due to which swelling is observed. Antibiotics should be taken along with wasrm saline rinses
