گرمیوں میں دھوپ میں بالکل نہیں جانا ہوتا گھر میں رہتی ہوں اور دودھ نہیں پیتی چائے پیتی ہوں دودھ پیئے بہت بہت دن ہو جاتے ہیں. مجھے پرسنلی وٹامن ڈی اور کیلشیم کی کمی ہی محسوس ہو رہی ہے لیکن میں نے وٹامن ڈی کا ایمپول دودھ میں مکس کر کے پیا ہے 042-32591427, IU اس سے کوئی خاص فرق نہیں پڑا.
