Talk to Speech Therapist on Slurred Speech Tongue Tie Drooling

aoa i want to post anonymously.. my daughter is 3.8years old she acheived all her milestones but she had been on slurred speech since she was 1.5 years old..2months ago her tongue tie been diagnosed after multiple visits to numerous doctors.. now she had surgergy 2monts ago.. she is on speech therapy too but no improvement in clarity of her speech.. she has drooling issue too which to some extent have been controlled but not 100% its kike 35% controlled.. so i want to ask what would be her diagnosis .. therapist says its oral motor weakness but therapy of one year doesnt show any differnce.. shiuld i wait further fir therapy to work out as she had a recent surgery of tongue tie or see any other specialist...???i have gone through multiple checkups by multiple spexialist

You should continue her speech therapy but change your speech therapist if you are not getting results there. You told that all his milestones are normal but she has drooling which means she has muscular weakness.
drooling can be controlled through oral motor exercises . You should consult another speech therapist

After tongue tie surgery, child do need speech therapy and improvement in speech starts within few months. If she’s showing no improvement then it’s really a red flag. But without any history and checkup I can’t say much.
