History:
Two years ago, I developed a severe anxiety disorder called Cardiophobia. My blood pressure was high, and I had a racing heartbeat. Constant thoughts about heart-related issues worsened my condition, leading to sleepless nights filled with fear. One day, obsessing over my heart and googling symptoms led to a severe panic attack with burning sensations in my upper body.
I underwent several tests, including Echo, ECG (multiple times), TFT, LFT, CBC, kidney ultrasound, serum electrolytes, and a lipid profile. All results were normal. I then consulted a psychiatrist who treated me effectively. After six months of medication, I felt better and stopped taking the medicine.

I don't have any other test with me right now. But ECG and echo was done multiple times by different doctors. All were normal. Even doctor said me not to visit cardiologist anymore.
