Asking for Mother, Female, 100 years old, Karachi
My baby who is 10 months old . She has birth mark Otis of nevus only in white of her eye..is it treatable for cosmetics reasons? Tell me treatments if any

People with nevus of ota are at greater risk of having increased intra ocular pressure/glaucoma etc. other than that there is risk of malignant transformation of nevus. If there is no such thing then usually ophthalmologist will leave it alone.
I would advise follow up check ups/ eye examination by an ophthalmologist
