if parient was severely paralyzed or immobile from a stroke or had sensory issues, then that would require caution as well. I always refer someone to talk to their MD just to make sure especially if they have concerns or had a stroke recently.

You should get the patient checked first and avoid random massages n massage chairs.

simply avoid it , this can be used once in a while to relax her body but dont overdo it every time. instead visit your nearby Physiotherapist who'll relax her muscles through different stretching techniques and help her recover back from stroke.

Massage chair has no effect on stroke patient, She needs proper Rehabilitation her right side muscles are weak, consult a physiotherapist for strengthening exercises, gait training and mobility exercises, only these exercises are beneficial for the patient

any kind of massage is contraindicated for stroke patients. she needs to get proper physical therapy which includes stretching, strengthing and reeducation movement.

Yes, you can use but be cleared it's for relaxation purpose not alternative to Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation care. Be cautious when use this chair as right side is paralyzed it will unable to hold or grasp in case of slippage. Fasten safety belts and an attendant should be available for any assistance or help as needed. Thanks.
