From past 2 months whenever i go to sleep i itch too much on my feets and above ankle. i feel some pinching sensation under my feet. My sheets are clean. Every night i wash my feet with soap before going to bed. But still almost everynight in the middle of my sleep i deal with this. And i itch to that point that i get marks of itching. skin becomes and spots are visible. I can't resist, not in my control. Can anyone please tell me that what kind of disease is this? My sleep schedule is disturbed, really fedup with this. Please Help!

these are the marks also sometimes red lines are on the skin due to excessive itching. I shower with hot water, can this be the cause?

issue is from almost 2 months. And kharsih ka kya test krwana hai. Mjhe khud smjh ni arhi kya msla ha. Medicine bh tb lon ga jb pta chle k why is this happening
