11kg at 8months is lil over weight, which may cause some delay in crawling, standing , walking ect, well not to worry at moment, he will start crawling soon

Crawling is an important milestone and baby acquires it between 7-10 months so if its a couple of months delayed besides any other significant health issue, you need not to worry. Just give him Vitamin D and he will start crawling within 15 20 days in sha Allah
