Asking for Father, Male, 51 years old, Ghotki
My father has upper abdominal and middle back pain, with reduced urine output. He had faced it last Thursday, due to job availability of doctor in his clinic, the nurse prescribed voltral and two anti gas capsules which were to be taken before breakfast. Today on fajr time, my father faced same problem wirh some shortness of urine. Is this situation concerning? Doctor have prescribed Philogen injection, motilam, Dicloran and NevoTepH (40 Mg).
sir, reduced urine is associated with urine burning or not? pain? any test done already?
the history does suggest to rule out pancreatitis and along woth the history of NSAId injection and reduced output je needs to be evaluated on acute kidney injury as wellm
Did your father took voltran and gas tablets for middle back pain and then developed difficulty in urinating? If so, get an ultrasound of your kidneys. How long did he take voltran?
