I often have pain in my legs ..sometimes i don't even have the energy to move (in my body and specially legs) .. pain in legs become more often and severe under the air conditioning system..i could not figure out what is it...What should i do?

Get baselines done like your cbc atleast to rule out any anemia.then eat a balanced diet and hydration and incorporate exercise.
