Light Head And Dizziness

Question

2 year I am feeling light head when lying on bed feeling my brain taking breathing like heart when standing for prayer feeling like I am in boat I have taken all test MRI ,CT scan all report ok also checking from ENT doctor & medical specialist but no medicine effect on my symptoms,plz advise me how I cube this situation
