Yes.... Escitalopram can cause sexual dysfunction ...
but at the same time depression and zehni dabao can also cause this issue....
Best advice is to first manage insomnia plus zehni dabao ....If after these symptoms settle and sexual side effects don't go away,u can change medicine and start something like Trazodone,Mirtazapine or Vortioxetine after discussing with psychiatrist.Even if it's a side effect of escitalopram,chances are that it will settle down with time.Just waiting and watching is a good strategy too.....
