Please consult a psychiatrist for detailed assessment of this fit like activity and other symptoms.Video recording and EEG can guide better than MRI.

Wassalam....
It's Panic Disorder and all of these symptoms plus a feeling that I'm going to die or losing control over body and mind are present in Panic Disorder which is a type of Anxiety Disorder.Seradep is fine but its dose should be 10 mg minimum and can be increased to 20mg maximum in case of no or partial improvement. you don't need epival .You can use inderal for the time being for symptomatic control of racing heart and tremors ....But if your panic disorder settles with seradep all the symptoms will settle down.MRI is not required at this stage according to the information you shared. It can't detect epilepsy or anxiety.
Good Luck
