Talk to Gynecologist on Vulvar Skin Condition

So I've had this problem for over two years now and I've been to two doctors but no one has any answer for me I have a white-ish crescent shaped pigmentation on my left Labia majora that goes all along the lip, the skin is inflamed and wrinkly and it itches a lot and is very sensitive, In winters it gets crusty and my skin tears which makes it very painful. At the beginning this condition went all along my anus as well but that healed on its own but its constantly there on my labia. It's very uncomfortable for me as its a constant itchy painful irritation for me, sometimes it doesn't itch as much but sometimes the condition aggravates. Please help! Idk which doctor to go to now.
