I have reviewed all reports attached in detail. This is complicated case of generalized lymphadenopathy. Need some more tests and lymph node biopsy for final diagnosis. She is severely neutropenic, can easily acquire infection.
Get her these tests done:
UCE
LDH Level
Flowcytometry test
Cervical/Axillary lymph node excisional biopsy (from a general surgeon)
Meanwhile, I would suggest not to start ATT now. Waut for the results. Contact me for further management options.

she has extensive lymph node enlargement, for tb a sputum gram staun and culture is required which has not been done. for further evaluation, she needs an excisional biopsy in which a lymph node is taken and examined under the microscope. also get a cbc, pet scan and lactate dehydrogenase done , once these tests are done, a diagnosis can be made and treatment can be started.
i can't find the serum ldh report, the definitive test is a lymph node excisional biopsy, please get it done , i understand that it must have been very stressful for the patient and family.

Serum LDH balue is 161. We have visited dr for biopsy but he said she anemic with very low white blood cells can't undergo surgery at this time so biopsy can't be done what should we do now?
