Talk to Neuro Physician on Joint Pain, Spine Pain, Stiffness, And Fatigue

I am a 20-year-old male experiencing severe pain in my spine and multiple joints, including my shoulders and knees. The pain started around 5 years ago, initially localized to one area of my spine, but gradually spread to other parts of my spine and joints. I also experience stiffness, especially in the morning or in cold weather. Additionally, I feel exhausted all the time, which has significantly affected my daily activities and overall quality of life. The pain, stiffness, and fatigue have progressively worsened, and I’m concerned that this might be related to an underlying rheumatologic or orthopedic condition.
