I have used antibiotics and alergy medicine for upper respiratory tract infection and sever nasal dripping.(Azomax 250mg Panadol Extra and tab Ebak)but after 3 days I am feeling bed breath and headache due to Nasal sinus disease ..Mouth taste is disturb..Pls recommend Some thing????

Try staying hydrated use antihistamine 1 tablet at night before bed, for pain use panadol * 8hrly for another 2 days. Keep mouth hygiene good brush, mouthwash and floss. It should be better in a weeks time.
