Bhai Stem cell therapy although is a game changer but it is in clinical trails stage.( not yet approved not in use)

- Exercise regularly (low-impact activities like cycling, swimming)
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Improve posture and body mechanics

With panadol or NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen)
- Topical creams or ointments for pain relief.
3. Physical Therapy:
- Gentle exercises to improve joint mobility and strength
- Manual therapy (e.g., massage, joint mobilization)
4. Alternative Therapies:

5. Assistive Devices
