Talk to Psychiatry on Psychatric

My mother is 66years old lady and was a teacher. She spent 40 years as a single mother and grow up her 5 children. All are adult and married. She is living with eldest son and 4 grand children age 4 to 14 years. Currently she is suffering from psychosis and psychogenic polydipsia since 1 year. She is taking Olanzia 10 mg and Revotril 0.5 mg at bed time. Despite of this she has been hospitalized 5 times during last six months due to hyponatremia. Before diagnosis of psychosis, she was having depression and no social activity for one year after death of her cousin sister (same age fellow and also good friend). For depression, She was taking Surf 10mg alongwith Revotril 2mg at that time. However, same were stopped after diagnosis of psychosis in November 2023. Now She always wants to have sleep and lay down on the bed whole day. She is physically fit and her blood pressure, Cholestrol level and sugar levels are with in normal range. She can walk and do daily households, but she has no in
