Talk to Pediatrician on Infant Baby Feed Problems

AoA, to our 4 months old, we have been giving Meiji PRE (dr. Prescribed because he wasn't gaining any weight). Breast milk was very low in quantity.
Now he is MashaAllah se almost 5kg. So we are confused what to replace meiji Pre with .. ?
Can you plz suggest which formula milk is the best and safest for the kids... Also giving breast milk. And plz when to start semi - solids. Regards!

6mo start soft food
- Breast Feed is good.
- Add Morinaga BF-1 Milk.
- Start Vit.D 2drops daily.
- You can start soft food, after 5 months, i-e Khachri, Crealac rice, Custard, Banana etc.
