no , you should need to follow a healthy diet chart and try to change some lifestyle so that your uric level come back to normal , customized diet chart se masla Hal hujyga inshallah
Life style modification is all thats needed in this senario.
Daily walk for 30 minutes .
increase intake of water. Avoid meat, bakery items ,cold drinks, fried food.
Increase intake of vegetables fruits and milk.
and for lower back pain book an online appointment so that root cause can be assessed and management can be planned accordingly.
Your uric acid level is hardly crossing the limit. You need not to be anxious at all unless you have family history of raised uric acid levels/gout. Some laboratories even consider it normal. Still only diet changes are implied DRINK A LOT OF WATER, Avoid red meat, sea food, cold drinks, alcohol, corn syrup, sweetened fruit juices. Prefer whole hrains, fruits and vegetables and low fat dairy, legumes. Reducation of body weight and keeping BP controlled is really important. Norvasc is very good in your case. But whenever your doctor wants to change norvasc or add anothet medicine, DO tell him about you raised uric acid because some medications used for lowering BP can lead to further increase in uric acid levels.
