i'm Single men,age 28, I haven't had a nightfall a long time. and i don't even masturbate. mostly after every 4 to 5 days When I urinate, my semen comes out with the urine, is it dangerous or normal?is it any disease ?if yes so kindly let me know any medical treatment or diet plan please . after 2 months my marriage is planned and i'm worried about it

How can you say when you urinate your semen.goes out along with it. It is just a feeling. get your urine tested to know the exact position. at the age of 28 you cannot expect ro have a nightfall daily
