Asking For Self, Female 24, rawalpindi
Assalamu Alaikum, doctors. I’ve been dealing with PCOS for a long time and would like some advice. My fasting blood sugar levels were usually below 90, but today they were 96. My husband, who was prediabetic, had a reading of 89. Despite taking medications, my PCOS doesn't seem to be improving. I used Glucophage for six months, primarily for reproductive reasons, but stopped a month ago.Could you kindly guide me on my insulin resistance and how my PCOS might be progressing? What should I focus on right now to manage it effectively?
Thank you!
