I have noticed some changes and pain in my left breast since April 2024.
ULTRASOUND:
The findings of ultrasound indicate: 1. Two small heterogeneous ares seen,the largest one measuring 1.7×1.0 cm, which has developed lymphadenopathy. 2. Multiple hypoechoic areas are seen, and one of the measuring 1.5 × 1.0 cm.
Mammography
Heterogeneous density is seen, which shows mostly likely mastitis.

yes dear, I am breastfeeding. Initially, there was pain, but as of now, there was no fever,no pain, and discharge. The enlargement of the lymph also decreasing while taking antibiotics.

mastitis is common during breast feeding and your mammogram also suggests mastitis. please complete your antibiotics course and continue breast feeding. follow up if you dont see any improvement.

but the surgeon here suggested a biopsy.I would like to request that you please guide me on how to send you the relevant documents so that you come to know the findings in the light of different ultrasounds, doppler test and mammogram which have done by me.

yes, ultrasound doppler and mammogram have done. Antibiotics twice a day, Chymoral forte twice a day and primrose oil sofgel twice a day.
