18 months old toddler height 79cm weighing 10kg been getting 2ml of below vitamin (healthaid babyvit drops) and more vitamin from formula for months has no symptoms of chronic toxicity or liver damage but Could this have long term effects on her? The vitamin was given as recommended by pediatrician and i read on the box for dosage. I recently realized she's been having more than recommended dosage since she's been taking so much formula too. I feel horrible I am still waiting to here from her pediatrician.
your concern is quite genuine but most of the multivitamins are water soluble and they don't do toxicity as they are excreted in urine.
you must contact to child specialist if you see any unusual symptoms in your baby.
