I am facing severe increase in blood pressure, upon investigation it was diagnosed that tsh level is 30 while t3 and t4 are in normal range. Kindly suggest me treatment and guide me about treatment duration. Also all remaining body test are normal.

BP was high. So upon investigation it was confirmed through a lab test of IDC that tsh is 30 while t3 t4 normal. No past medication history, weight is 73 BMI overweight.
